All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless stated otherwise.

As many of our products are handmade, processing time may vary slightly depending on demand and production volume.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Malaysia (Domestic Shipping)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
  • Rates are calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier used will depend on your location and the best available option.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.


6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Stonecutt is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incomplete or wrong information

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, Stonecutt is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll review and arrange a replacement or solution where applicable.


8. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather or external disruptions
