At Stonecutt, every piece is handcrafted with care using raw materials like concrete. Because of the nature of our products, slight variations, textures, and hairline marks are part of the design and not considered defects.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
If your order meets the above, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Minor surface imperfections (natural to concrete)
- Used or damaged items not caused during shipping
Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping (if required) will be discussed case-by-case
