Order Processing

All Stonecutt orders are handmade and processed with care.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Standard processing operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (MYT). Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please allow additional processing time during festive seasons, public holidays, or other peak periods.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and the total weight of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and recipient details are correct before placing your order.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions based on their delivery policy.

Stonecutt is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

• Failed delivery attempts due to an incorrect address.

• Delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Lost or stolen parcels after the shipment has been marked as Delivered by the courier.

Returns, Damaged Items & Duties

International Returns & Exchanges

International orders (excluding Singapore) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged product

• Clear photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your claim and, where applicable, provide a suitable resolution.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
